Angel Marcos. Dreaming – Departing – Arriving. Solo exhibition.

The exhibition of the artist Ángel Marcos, reflects on the phenomenon of migration and the denial and passivity of society in the face of this reality, capturing the journey that migrants make both physically and emotionally.
At the inauguration, Escrivá stressed that “when two years ago we launched this project of hosting exhibitions in the Transit Hall, we intended that the activities of this ministry would not remain in figures and standards, but that we could connect with society in a more emotional way, and nothing better than art as that channel of communication that for us is fundamental. With this new exhibition, we emphasize the need to promote solidarity and empathy with the people who face these terrible sea crossings, one of the harshest realities of the migratory reality”.
“Dreaming – Departing – Arriving” can be visited at the Transit Hall until February 2023.
