Genealogy, gender and concept is a project in which the curator Fernando Castro Flórez proposes an exercise in exploration and interaction in the Corner Gallery & Studio space, a place of artistic production and exhibition located in the nerve center of artistic studies in the Madrid neighborhood of Carabanchel. This exhibition proposal consists of two acts. The first includes a formal presentation, in the gallery section, with the work of photographers Ángel Marcos, Alberto Ros and Jesús Limárquez. On the other hand, in the surroundings of the artistic production studio, you can see other works by members of the workshop such as Óscar Seco, Sandra Val, Carlos Cartaxo, Juan Isaac Silva and Luis Miguel Rico, who will establish a dialogue with the photographs. The context of the exhibition proposes a new reading, dialogue and reflection on the new models of art exhibition spaces today.
